Requirements

We will always be honest and up front. If you do not fit what we are looking for, we will tell you. All applications are confidential and not shared with anyone. Rejected applications are destroyed. We try to process applications quickly and reply within 24 hours.

If we are interested we will invite you to interview. This can be on the phone, by video call, or in person. If that goes well you will be offered a paid audition. You will never be asked to shoot anything for free, even if it just a demo reel. The audition will be a casual in person taping where you introduce yourself and learn how the process works. We will test you in several storylines that are common themes in JAV. These include tempting the innocent, convincing the reluctant, and CNC. It is far more important for an actress to be able to play the part than it is for her to look like a supermodel at every moment. JAV is all about obtainable fantasy. The audition would occur somewhere in the US unless you happen to be in Japan.

If your audition goes well we will coach and teach you what you need to know to succeed in the JAV market. There is ample work available constantly so getting qualified actresses contracts typically happens quickly. We will never charged you anything for our services. We are compensated by producers when they hire you, and we only work with people we know will succeed. We believe that models should keep the money they earn.
